Abstract
Cilj ovog projekta je teoretski objasniti probleme spajanja za sve vrste optičkih niti, opisati svjetlovodne kabele te definirati metode neovlaštenog prikupljanja podataka iz svjetlovodnih kabela, kao i vrste svjetlovodnih kabela. Zatim je obrađen uređaj kojim se spajaju optičke niti Fitel S179A, gdje su opisane glavne karakteristike, dijelovi te način rada uređaja. Na kraju su objašnjene vrste spajanja optičkih niti.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this project is to theoretically explain the connection problems for all types of optical fibers, to describe fiber optic cables and to define methods of unauthorized data collection from fiber optic cables, as well as types of fiber optic cables. Then, the device that connects the optical threads Fitel S179A is processed, where the main characteristics, parts and mode of operation of the device are described. Finally, the types of optical fiber splicing are explained.
