Abstract
U ovome radu opisan je postupak popravka osovine za ispitivanje brodskih sustava izrađene od čelika CK45 na kojoj je došlo do nastanka pukotine u samome zavaru prilikom procesa zavarivanja. Zbog nemogućnosti nabavke nove osovine u kratkome vremenskom roku, odlučeno je da će se pristupiti popravku oštećene osovine na način da stari zavareni spoj bude uklonjen i osovina ponovno zavarena. Neadekvatnom toplinskom obradom prije, za vrijeme i poslije procesa zavarivanja postiže se spoj sklon nastajanju pukotina i tehnički neispravnog zavara. Pravilnom pripremom procesa zavarivanja na dijelu osovine gdje će se vršiti proces zavarivanja i naknadnom toplinskom obradom, postići će se kvalitetan spoj koji će omogućiti daljnju upotrebu osovine za ispitivanje brodskih sustava.
Abstract (english)
This paper describes the procedure for reparing a shaft for testing ship systems made of CK45 steel, on which a crack occurred in the weld itself during the welding process. Due to the impossibility of procuring a new axle in short period of time, it was decided that the damaged axle would be repaired by removing the old weld joint and reweld the axle. Inadequate heat treatment before, during and after the weldnig process results in joint porne to cracks and technically defective weld. By properly preparing the welding process on the part of the shaft where the welding process will be preformed and subsequent heat treatment, a quality join will be achived that will enable further use of the saft for testing ship systems.
