Abstract
U ovom radu izvršena je konstrukcija CNC stroja za graviranje. U uvodnom dijelu rada su opisane vrste strojeva za graviranje i postupak graviranja. Nakon kratkog uvoda prikazani su standardni mehanički i električni elementi koji se ugrađuju u manje CNC strojeve te je odabrana varijanta stroja za graviranje za koju je izrađen detaljni projekt. Prema proračunu brzina i sila rezanja koje su dobivene za zadani alat i materijal obratka odabrane su standardne komponente stroja. Nakon što su sve komponente odabrane izrađen je 3D model stroja i njegovih komponenti pomoću programskog paketa Autodesk Inventor. Prema izrađenom modelu su izrađeni svi pripadajući radionički i sklopni crteži koje se nalaze u prilogu rada.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the construction of a CNC engraving machine was performed. The introductory part of the paper describes the types of engraving machines and the engraving procedure. After a brief introduction, standard mechanical and electrical elements are embedded in smaller CNC machines and a variant of the engraving machine was selected for a detailed project. According to the calculation of the speed and the force of cutting obtained from the default tool and the material of the workmanship, the standard machine components have been selected. After all components are selected, the 3D model of the machine and its components is created using the Autodesk Inventor software package. According to the model, all the relevant workshops and assembly drawings are prepared and can be found in this paper.
