Abstract
U ovom završnom radu biti će prikazana regulacija rada motora u svrhu hlađenja trošila. Temperatura trošila mjeri se preko temperaturne sonde, čiji se podatci spremaju unutar PLC sustava. Podatci unutar PLC sustava obrađuju se pomoću „MELSOFT GX Works 2“ i „IDR BLOK“ programskih software-a. Na temelju tih podataka PLC sustav regulira rad frekvencijskog pretvarača, koji upravlja radom motora. Motor se u ovom slučaju ponaša kao ventilator i hladi trošilo. Pomoću regulacije rada motorom, trošilo će se održavati na određenoj postavljenoj temperaturnoj granici. Koristeći različite unesene parametare unutar programa, mogu se dobiti različiti načini reguliranja rada motora.
Abstract (english)
In this final thesis, the regulation of engine operation for the purpose of cooling the load will be presented. The temperature of the load is measured with a temperature head transmitter, whose data is stored within the PLC system. The data within the PLC system are processed using "MELSOFT GX Works 2" and "IDR BLOK 'programming software. Based on this data, the PLC system regulates the operation of frequency converter, which controls the operation of the motor. The motor in this case acts as a fan and cools the load. By regulating the engine operation, the load will be maintained at a certain set temperature limit. Using the various parameters entered within the program, different ways of regulating the operation of the motor can be obtained.
