Abstract
Završni rad pod nazivom „Utjecaj morske sredine na svojstva aluminijske legure EN AW – AlMg4,5Mn“ sastoji se od teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U prvom dijelu teorijski su obrađena svojstva i podjela aluminija i njegovih legura, utjecaj morskog okoliša te postupak spajanja aluminija. U drugom dijelu rada obavljeno je ispitivanje na plosnatim uzorcima izrađenim iz hladno valjanog lima legure EN AW – AlMg4,5Mn, bez korozivne zaštite. Uzorci su podvrgnuti utjecaju morske okoline u trajanju od četiri mjeseca u razdoblju od siječnja do svibnja 2019. godine. U cilju određivanja utjecaja morske sredine na stupanj korozivnog djelovanja i mehaničkih svojstava, obavljeno je bilježenje gubitka mase i provedeno vlačno ispitivanje. Uzorci su zavareni MIG postupkom i oblikovani CNC vodenim rezanjem.
Abstract (english)
This final project titled “Influence of the Marine Environment on the Properties of Aluminum Alloy EN AW - AlMg4,5Mn“ consists theoretical and experimental parts. The theoretical part deals with the properties and division of aluminum and its alloys, influence of marine environment and procedure of joining of aluminum. In the second part of the work, the test on flat samples made from cold formed sheet metal of EN AW - AlMg4,5Mn alloy was performed, without corrosion protection. Samples were exposed to the impact of the marine environment for the four months period from January to May 2019. In order to determine the influence of the marine environment on the corrosion rate and the mechanical properties, the loss of mass was verified and a tensile strength test was performed. Samples were welded by MIG process and shaped by CNC water cutting.
