Abstract
Ovaj rad analizira obračun doprinosa kod dohotka od nesamostalnog rada i drugog dohotka, pružajući pregled zakonskih odredbi i praktičnih primjera. Fokus je na obračunu doprinosa za mirovinsko i zdravstveno osiguranje, uz osvrt na specifične situacije poput prvog zaposlenja, rada u nepuno radno vrijeme, izaslanih radnika te primjene najnižih i najviših osnovica. Rad također uključuje primjere za obračun doprinosa kod ugovora o djelu i autorskih honorara te definira ključne pojmove za razumijevanje materije kao što su dohodak od nesamostalnog rada, drugi dohodak, doprinosi i drugi. Kroz teorijski okvir i praktične primjere, cilj je olakšati razumijevanje i primjenu zakonskih propisa u praksi.
Abstract (english)
This paper analyzes the calculation of contributions for employment income and other income, offering an overview of legal provisions and practical examples. The focus is on the calculation of contributions for retirement and health insurance, with an emphasis on specific situations such as the first employment, work in reduced working hours, sent workers, and the application of the lowest and highest contribution bases. The paper also includes examples of calculating contributions in cases of contracts for works and authors fees and defines key terms for understanding such as employment income, other income, contributions, and more. Through theoretical frameworks and practical examples, it aims to facilitate the understanding and application of legal regulations in practice.
