Abstract Destinacijska menadžment kompanija (DMK) receptivna je turistička agencija koja primarno ostvaruje prihode prodajom složenih turističkih proizvoda više dodane vrijednosti. Uloga destinacijske menadžment kompanije u razvoju turizma u destinaciji ogleda se u podizanju kvalitete turističkog proizvoda destinacije u kojoj djeluje upravo kroz razvoj složenih turističkih proizvoda visoke dodane vrijednosti, čime se povećava atraktivnost, a samim tim i konkurentnost destinacije na turističkom tržištu. Sve veća primjena suvremene informacijskokomunikacijske tehnologije ne samo u poslovanju, nego i u načinu života općenito, dovodi do potrebe promišljanja prilagodbe poslovanja digitaliziranom načinu života i rada, što je obuhvaćeno pojmom digitalizacije poslovanja. Dakle, digitalizacija poslovanja predstavlja transformaciju standardnog poslovanja koristeći digitalne alate poput društvenih mreža, web – stranica i slično. Proces digitalizacije poslovanja donosi brojne prednosti poput povećane učinkovitost, smanjene mogućnosti ljudske pogreške, smanjenih operativnih troškova, brže analize podataka i dr. U praktičnom dijelu rada objašnjen je dio procesa digitalizacije poslovanja destinacijske menadžment kompanije koji se odnosi na kreiranje web stranice destinacijske menadžment kompanije koji uzima u obzir aktualne trendove koji su prisutni na tržištu, kao i sve strukturne i vizualne komponente koje kvalitetna web stranica treba imati. Iako izrada kvalitetne web stranice predstavlja samo jedan segment digitalizacije poslovan ja destinacijskih menadžment kompanija, jasno pokazuje na koji način implementacijom digitalnih rješenja, destinacijska menadžment kompanija može diversificirati svoje poslovanje i graditi konkurentsku prednost na tržištu.
Abstract (english) Destination Management Company (DMC) is a receptive tourist agency that primarily generates income by selling complex tourist products with higher added value. The role of the destination management company in the development of tourism in the destination is reflected in raising the quality of the tourist product of the destination in which it operates precisely through the development of complex tourist products of high added value, which increases the attractiveness and thus the competitiveness of the destination on the tourist market. The increasing application of modern information and communication technology not only in business, but also in the way of life in general, leads to the need to think about the adaptation of business to a digitized way of life and work, which is covered by the concept of digitalization of business. Therefore, digitalization of business represents the transformation of standard business using digital tools such as social networks, websites and the like. The process of digitalization of business brings many advantages, such as increased efficiency, reduced possibility of human error, reduced operating costs, faster data analysis, etc. In the practical part of the paper, part of the process of digitizing the business of the destination management company is explained, which relates to the creation of the website of the destination management company, which takes taking into account the current trends that are present on the market, as well as all the structural and visual components that a quality website should have. Although the creation of a high-quality website represents only one segment of the digitization of the business of destination management companies, it clearly shows how, by implementing digital solutions, a destination management company can diversify its business and build a competitive advantage on the market.
