Abstract
U ovom radu je izvršen proračun grede ojačane rešetkastom konstrukcijom koja se sastoji od štapova i linijskog nosača. U uvodnom dijelu su opisani linijski i rešetkasti nosači te su navedene i opisane dvije metode određivanja sila u štapovima rešetke. Nakon određivanja reakcija u osloncima grede i unutarnjih sila u nezavisnim područjima grede, rezultati dobiveni analitičkim izračunom vrijednosti unutarnjih sila u poprečnom presjeku nosača uspoređeni su s rezultatom dobivenih vrijednosti iz programskog paketa MDSolids. U nastavku je izvršeno dimenzioniranje štapova ojačanja za konstrukcijski čelik S235 i aluminijsku slitinu EN AW-6082 te dimenzioniranje linijskog nosača. U posljednjem dijelu rada izvršeno je oblikovanje i dimenzioniranje proizvoljno odabranog čvora rešetkaste konstrukcije.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the calculation of a beam reinforced with a lattice structure consisting of rods and a linear support was performed. In the introductory part, linear and truss supports are described, and two methods of determining forces in truss rods are listed and described. After determining the reactions in the beam supports and the internal forces in the independent areas of the beam, the results obtained by analytically calculating the values of the internal forces in the cross section of the beam were compared with the results obtained from the MDSolids software package. In the following, the dimensioning of the reinforcement rods for structural steel S235 and aluminum alloy EN AW-6082 and the dimensioning of the linear support were carried out. In the last part of this paper, the shaping and dimensioning of an arbitrarily selected node of the lattice structure was performed.
