Abstract
Trgovina je grana gospodarstva koja je značajno utjecala na globalni razvoj. Konstantne promjene na tržištu i industrijalizacija utjecale su na razvoj moderne trgovine i novih pristupa trgovini. Dropshipping predstavlja novi model poslovanja koji donosi drugačiji pristup tržištu od tradicionalne trgovine. Dropshipping se bavi prodajom robe ili usluga dobavljača putem interneta služeći se jedinstvenim tehnikama i strategijama u digitalnoj trgovini. Opskrbni lanac ovog modela funkcionira tako da prodavač svoju robu direktno naručuje od dobavljača i prosljeđuje potrošačima. Trgovac u ovom modelu nema fizički doticaj s proizvodima. Teorijski dio rada prikazuje koristi koje ovaj model donosi prodavaču te utjecaj modela djeluje na svakodnevno poslovanje. Dok praktični dio rada prikazuje 3 studije slučaja uspješnih dropshipping modela poslovanja.
Abstract (english)
Trade is a branch of the economy that has significantly influenced global development. Constant changes in the market and industrialization influenced the development of modern trade and new approaches to trade. Dropshipping is a new business model that brings a different approach to the market than traditional trade. Dropshipping deals with selling a supplier's goods or services online using unique techniques and strategies in digital commerce. The supply chain of this model works in such a way that the seller orders his goods directly from the supplier and forwards them to the consumers. The seller of this model has no physical contact with the products. The theoretical part of the paper shows benefits that this model brings to the seller and how the model affects everyday business. While the practical part of the work presents 3 case studies of successful dropshipping business models.
