Abstract
Poduzetništvo kao pojam je od davnina bio predmetom proučavanja i definiranja, pa tako postoji više različitih definicija poduzetništva. Svim tim definicijama je zajedničko da se radi o pothvatu individue/a s ciljem ostvarivanja profita. Različite industrijske revolucije imale su direktan utjecaj na razvoj poduzetništva tog doba. Posljednjih desetljeća događa se tehnološka revolucija koja je na pozitivan način utjecala na razvoj poduzetništva. Upotreba digitalnih tehnologija u svrhu digitalne transformacije poslovanja je nešto na što se poduzeća sve češće odlučuju. Digitalnom transformacijom poduzeća postižu višu razinu optimizacije poslovnih procesa, višu razinu efikasnosti svih resursa unutar poduzeća te značajnu uštedu. S druge pak strane zadnjih godina, došlo je do porasta digitalnog poduzetništva, odnosno poduzetništva koje se bazira na uporabi digitalnih tehnologija. Društvene mreže su od posebnog značaja za razvoj digitalnog poduzetništva budući sve više ljudi iste koriste u svakodnevici, što poduzećima daje mogućnost lakšeg stvaranja prepoznatljivosti poduzeća te proizvoda i/ili usluga poduzeća. Isto tako koristeći se društvenim mrežama poduzeća na lakši način mogu provoditi marketinške kampanje s puno manjim troškovima te boljom segmentacijom tržišta, ali i mogućnošću globalnog nastupa budući je svijet između ostalog i posredstvom društvenih mreža postao „globalno selo“.
Abstract (english)
Entrepreneurship as a term was case of study and defining and that's the reason of various different definitions of entrepreneuship. All these definitions have something in common and that is that every individual who is starting with private business is doing his/her best to make profit. Different industrial revolutions had a direct impact on entrepreneurship of that time. Last decades we can witness how technology revolution has a positive impact on entrepreneurship. Today's businesses are using digital technologies very often. Digital transformation provides higher level of business process optimization, higher level of efficiency and big savings. On the other hand last few years digital entrepreneurship became more and more important. Social network play major role in digital entrepreneurship development, social media improves possibility for companies to become more recognized. Also another advantage of using social networks is easier way of conducting marketing campaings with less money needed and with greater option of market segmentation as well as a possibility of appearance on a global scale.
