Abstract
Osigurana osoba, odnosno radnik koji je privremeno nesposoban za rad zbog bolesti, ozljede na radu, izoliran kao kliconoša, spriječen za rad zbog korištenja rodiljnog dopusta i tome slično, ostvaruje pravo na naknadu plaće. Bolovanja može isplatiti poslodavca ili Hrvatski zavod za zdravstveno osiguranje na svoj teret ili na teret državnog proračuna. Naknada za plaću ne može iznositi manje od 70% bruto plaće osigurane osobe, odnosno iznos ne smije iznositi manje od 831,50 kn ali ni više od 4.257,28 kn. U završnom radu napravljeni su različiti primjeri bolovanja koji se mogu dogoditi u stvarnom radu.
Abstract (english)
An insured person or a worker who is temporarily incapable of work due to illness, injury at work, isolated as a carrier, prevented from working due to the use of maternity leave and the etc., is entitled to salary compensation. Sick leave can be paid by the employer or the Croatian Health Insurance Institute at its own expense or at the expense of the state budget. Salary compensation may not be less than 70% of the gross salary of the insured person, i.e., amount may not be less than 831,50 HRK but also not more than 4.257,28 HRK, In the final paper, various examples of sick leave are made that can occur in real work.
