Abstract
Ovaj završni rad bavi se proračunom i konstruiranjem uređaja za automatizirani rad diobene glave glodalice. U prvom dijelu završnog rada definirani su pojmovi: automatizacija, diobena glava te vrste indeksiranja. Drugi dio završnog rada se bavi proračunom i projektiranjem i svim potrebnim komponentama za daljnju izradu uređaja. Napravljena je ekonomska analiza troškova za izradu uređaja. Osmišljeno je riješenje upravljanja pomoću mikrokontrolera te je izrađen upravljački program za odabrani mikrokontroler.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis is based on calculating and designing device for automated work of indexing head on milling machine. First part of final thesis deal with: automation, indexing head and types of indexing. Second part is based on calculating and designing all necessary components for building this device. In last part of the thesis the cost analysis was made. The solution for microcontroller control has been devised and programme code for the selected microcontroller is created. In last part of the thesis the cost analysis was made.
