Abstract
Korporacijsko komuniciranje je jedan od najvažnijih čimbenika uspjeha u poslovnom svijetu.Sve se više pažnje predaje komunikaciji i njenom usavršavanju. Kvalitetna komunikacija motivira, informira i vodi zaposlenike te poboljšava cjelokupnu razinu komunikacije u organizaciji. Bez nje, nema zadovoljstva i efikasnosti na radnom mjestu.Kroz način kako organizacija komunicira sa svojim zaposlenicima i poslovnim okruženjem ogleda se njena primarna svrha i cilj. Cilj učinkovitog korporacijskog komuniciranja je stvaranje pozitivnog ozračja, doživljaja zajedništva, izbjegavanje nesporazuma i sukoba, razumijevanje te dogovor na obostrano zadovoljstvo. Svaka organizacija koja želi opstati na tržištu shvaća važnost korporacijskog komuniciranja za njen uspjeh. Potrebno je da razvije prepoznatljiv imidž, usmjeri se na društveno odgovorno poslovanje i primjenjuje učinkovitu komunikaciju koja je ujedno najbolji marketing.
Abstract (english)
Corporate communication is one of the most important factors of success in the business world. Increasing attention is being given to communication and its improvement. Quality communication motivates, informs and guides employees and improves the overall level of communication in the organization. Without it, there is no satisfaction and efficiency at the workplace. The way the organization communicates with its employees and business environment reflects its primary purpose and goal. The goal of effective corporate communication is to create a positive atmosphere, to experience togetherness, to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts, to achive understanding and agreement to the mutual satisfaction. Every organizations that wishes to survive on the market understands the importance of corporate communication for its success. It is necessary to develop a recognizable image, focus on corporate social responsibility and apply effective communication that is also the best marketing.
