Abstract
Kada govorimo o poslu kao o zanimanju najčešće spominjemo i mislimo na plaću, ime poslodavca ili generalno zadovoljstvo na trenutnom radnom mjestu. Ipak, posao može za zaposlenika značiti mnogo više te mu pružiti brojne druge vrijednosti osim onih na kojima je naglasak u velikoj većini slučajeva. Način na koji percipiramo određeno radno mjesto ili poslodavca ovisi o željama, potrebama i ambicijama pojedinca. Ono čime ćemo se ... More baviti u idućim poglavljima jest dodana vrijednost koju zaposlenik može na određenom radnom mjestu imati, odnosno poslodavac osigurati. Naravno, postavlja se pitanje – Zbog čega će poslodavac nastojati stvoriti dodanu vrijednost? Uočiti ćemo da dodana vrijednost zaposlenika čini zadovoljnim, zadovoljan zaposlenik za poduzeće podrazumijeva produktivnost, a u konačnici i – profit. Nakon pregleda osnovnih i dodanih vrijednosti za zaposlenike, fokusirat ćemo se na analizu konkretnog primjera kako bi utvrdili koje vrijednosti analizirano poduzeće stvara za svoje zaposlenike. Less
Abstract (english)
When we talk about a job as an occupation, we most often refer to the salary, the name of the employer, or general satisfaction in the current job. However, a job can mean a lot more to the employee and give him many other values besides those that are emphasized in the vast majority of cases.How we perceive a particular job or employer depends on the desires, needs and ambitions of the individual.What we will talk about within the following chapters is the added value... More that an employee can have in a particular workplace, that is, the employer can provide. Of course, the question is - Why will the employer seek to create added value? We will note that employee value added makes satisfied, satisfied employee for the company implies productivity, and ultimately - profit. After reviewing the core and value added for employees, we will focus on analyzing a specific example to determine what value the company is creating for its employees. Less
