Abstract
Kroz ovaj završni rad obrađuje se tema modeliranja diferencijalnog prijenosnika automobila. Početak rada opisuje različite primjere diferencijalnih prijenosnika koje možemo pronaći u osobnim automobilima. Izabran je diferencijal koji ima ulaznu snagu od 100 kW i izlazni broj okretaja kotača pri maksimalnoj brzini iznosi 2200 okr/min. Analitički proračun hipoidnih te planetarnih i sunčanih stožnika proveden je prema BS ISO 23509-2006 standardu koristeći metodu 3. Na kraju rada provedena je provjera analitičkog proračuna stožnika koristeći Autodesk Inventor. Također je provedena analiza naprezanja pri najvećim ulaznim i izlaznim momentima. Koristeći se programom Autodesk Inventor izrađen je model diferencijala uz koji je također izrađena i sva pripadna tehnička dokumentacija.
Abstract (english)
Through this final thesis, the topic of modeling the car's differential transmission is dealt with. The primer describes various examples of differential gears that can be found in passenger cars. A differential was selected that has an input power of 100 kW and an output number of wheel revolutions at maximum speed of 2200 rpm. The analytical calculation of hypoid and planetary and solar cones was carried out according to the BS ISO 23509-2006 standard using method 3. At the end of the work, the analytical calculation of the cones was checked using Autodesk Inventor. Stress analysis at the highest input and output torques was also performed. Using the Autodesk Inventor program, a model of the differential was created, along with which all the related technical documentation was also created.
