A crisis can be defined as an intense phenomenon with a potentially negative outcome that affects the organization or the entire industry, as well as their activities, products, services or reputation. The aim of this paper was to present the impact of the crisis on Franck d.d. and his financial capacity. The analysis of the balance sheet and the profit and loss account using financial indicators revealed that the crisis had an impact on the company, but only in the short period of 2016 and throughout 2017. The crisis affected the financial capacity of the company to meet its arrears, and thus in 2017, the business year was lost. Considering that it was only one year after the crisis, it is difficult to talk about future business, but as the company recovered immediately after the crisis and made a profit for the business year in 2018, one can assume that the business will continue to be positive. It can be concluded that the crisis did not affect the company for a long time, but shook it a little.
