Abstract
Kriza se može definirati kao intenzivna pojava s potencijalno negativnim ishodom koja utječe na organizaciju ili cijelu industriju, kao i na njihove aktivnosti, proizvode, usluge ili ugled. Cilj ovog rada bio je prikazati djelovanje krize na poduzeće Franck d.d. i njegovu financijsku sposobnost. Analizom bilance i računa dobiti i gubitka pomoću financijskih pokazatelja uvidjelo se kako je kriza utjecala na poduzeće, ali samo u kratkom razdoblju 2016.-te godine i u cijeloj 2017. godini. Kriza je utjecala na financijsku sposobnost poduzeća da podmiri svoje dospjele obveze, pa je tako u 2017. godini ostvaren gubitak poslovne godine. S obzirom da se promatrala samo jedna godina nakon krize teško je govoriti o budućem poslovanju, ali kako se poduzeće oporavilo odmah nakon krize i u 2018. godini ostvarilo dobit poslovne godine, za pretpostaviti je da će i dalje poslovanje biti pozitivno. Može se zaključiti da kriza nije dugotrajno utjecala na poduzeće, ali ga je malo poljuljala.
Abstract (english)
A crisis can be defined as an intense phenomenon with a potentially negative outcome that affects the organization or the entire industry, as well as their activities, products, services or reputation. The aim of this paper was to present the impact of the crisis on Franck d.d. and his financial capacity. The analysis of the balance sheet and the profit and loss account using financial indicators revealed that the crisis had an impact on the company, but only in the short period of 2016 and throughout 2017. The crisis affected the financial capacity of the company to meet its arrears, and thus in 2017, the business year was lost. Considering that it was only one year after the crisis, it is difficult to talk about future business, but as the company recovered immediately after the crisis and made a profit for the business year in 2018, one can assume that the business will continue to be positive. It can be concluded that the crisis did not affect the company for a long time, but shook it a little.
