Abstract
Doprinosi predstavljaju jedan od financijskih instrumenata koje država koristi kao osiguranje za neki javni rashod. Pod glavnim ciljem doprinosa podrazumijeva se financijski instrument kao osiguranje. Doprinosi su jedna posebna vrsta poreza koji se naplaćuju iz bruto plaće zaposlenika. Također razlikujemo doprinose koji idu iz plaće i koji idu na plaću. Sama razlika doprinosa je ta što doprinose na plaću poslodavac plaća za svakog djelatnika dok doprinose iz plaće plaćaju sami djelatnici. Doprinosom iz plaće podrazumijeva se doprinos za mirovinsko osiguranje (20%) koji je podijeljen na mirovinsko osiguranje (15%) i mirovinsko osiguranje na temelju individualne kapitalizirane štednje (5%). Doprinos na plaću je obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje (16,5%).
Abstract (english)
Contributions are one of the financial instruments that the state uses as insurance for some public expenditure. The main objective of the contribution is the financial instrument as insurance. Contributions are a special type of tax levied on an employee's gross salary. We also distinguish between contributions that go from salary and that go to salary. The difference in contributions is that the employer pays the salary contributions for each employee, while the salary contributions are paid by the employees themselves. Salary contribution means a contribution for pension insurance (20%) which is divided into pension insurance (15%) and pension insurance based on individual capitalized savings (5%). The salary contribution is compulsory health insurance (16.5%).
