Using the available literature, the paper describes the behavior and characteristics of generation Z. The behavior of generation differs according to many characteristics and factors that influence their behavior. Generation Z marked its life with technology as an integral part of life. Generation Z young people can boast of many abilities and advantages in modern technological life. It is clear that young people, using the Internet, especially social media, are used to "loving" different things, commenting on reality, evaluating what they buy and use, where they spend their time, etc. Also, it is very fresh that everything they do not know at the moment just one click. They have a different attitude towards work than previous generations. Organizations should strive to hire and retain them for the sustainable growth of organizations. Success in attracting this generation as a workforce can be gained if organizations follow their desires and needs in the workplace.
