The theme of this final thesis is „Build a sustainable competitive advantage on the example of the Gavrilović d.o.o.“. The final thesis describes the basic determinants of the company itself, competitiveness in general, and the business strategies on which Gavrilovic bases his business. The task of this final thesis is to determine how the company itself has built and maintained a sustainable competitive advantage, and what generic strategies it uses in its operations. This final thesis determines the position of this company in the domicile market , as well as its relationship with its competitors, and answers the question of whether the tradition of its business and the strength of the brand has an impact on the profit and business of Gavrilović. The content presents an introduction to the business of the company with a detailed analysis of the strategies and draws their analogy with the business of the company. These strategies are market leadership, differentiation, and focus strategies.
