Abstract
Online trgovina je u svakodnevnom porastu, a tako i prijetnje koje ona donosi sa sobom. Svakodnevno pristup Internetu ima preko četiri milijarde ljudi koji većinom koriste nekakvu vrstu zaštite. E-trgovina se širi velikom brzinom i ima sve više korisnika. Potrošači su izloženi riziku prevare, i zato je važno upoznati ih s načinima zaštite od tih prevara. Osim zakonskih propisa koji djeluju na prostoru Republike Hrvatske i Europske unije, potrebno je potrošače educirati kako bi bili svjesni svega što im se može dogoditi na Internetu. Osim licenciranih trgovina, postoje i one koje nisu asocirane s proizvođačima i služe zavaravanju kupaca. Hrvatske potrošače štiti Zakon o zaštiti potrošača, Zakon o elektroničkoj trgovini i zakoni Europske unije.
Abstract (english)
E – commerce is growing day by day, and as it grows, it brings many therats to people who use it as tool of buying. Over four billion people everyday use Internet and they usually have some kind of protection when they are online. E – commerce is growing very fast and more and more people are using it to buy producats or services. Only laws brought by Croatian and European parliament aren't enough. People need to be protected end educated how to behave when they are online so they can protect themselves. Beside licensed stores there are stories that are not associated with manufacturer and they are trying to scam customers. Croatian cutomers are protected by the Law of customer protection, Law of electornic commerce and by the European Union laws.
