Abstract
S ovim završnim radom prikazan je postupak konstrukcijske razrade uređaja za mjerenje toplinske vodljivosti metala. Sam uređaj je predviđen za edukativne svrhe na fakultetu. U uvodu je prikazan kratak opis o toplinskim svojstvima materijala, različitim mehanizmima prijenosa topline i relevantnim standardima na kojima se baziralo mjerenje opisanog uređaja. Nakon uvoda izvršila se simulacija mjerenja toplinske vodljivosti na pet različitih metala te je dan osvrt na rezultate simulacije mjerenja. Prema dobivenim rezultatima simulacije mjerenja, odabiru se dimenzije mjernog uzorka, snaga grijača te debljina izolacijskog sloja. Nakon odabira parametara, prelazi se na projektiranje i izradu radioničkih crteža uređaja za mjerenje toplinske vodljivosti u 3D programu.
Abstract (english)
With this final work, the process of structural development of a device for measuring the thermal conductivity of metals is presented. The device itself is intended for educational purposes at the faculty. The introduction presents a brief description of the thermal properties of the material, the different heat transfer mechanisms and the relevant standards on which the measurements of the described device are based. After the introduction, a simulation of thermal conductivity measurements was performed on five different metals, and a review of the measurement simulation results was given. According to the obtained results of the measurement simulation, the dimensions of the measurement sample, the power of the heater and the thickness of the insulation layer are selected. After selecting the parameters, we proceed to the design and production of workshop drawings of the device for measuring thermal conductivity in the 3D program.
