Abstract
Komunikacijski procesi u organizaciji složeni su jer zahtijevaju aktivan doprinos i sudjelovanje svakog zaposlenika ponaosob kako bi uspješna, pravodobna i točna komunikacija omogućila ostvarenje ciljeva i zadataka organizacije. Organizacije budućnosti moraju biti okrenute ka uspostavljanju kvalitetne, stabilne i učinkovite komunikacije kako unutar sebe, u svom poslovanju, međuljudskim odnosima, tako i u odnosu na okružje. Poslovne i službene komunikacije ispisuju se na različitim vrstama papira bez obzira na koji način se izrađuju i putem kojeg medija se prenose. Vještina pisanog izražavanja istovremeno je alat i komparativna prednost. Predstavlja i značajan dio poslovnog imidža kako pojedinca tako i poslovnog sustava. Pisano dopisivanje u skladu s pravilima poslovnog dopisivanja odražava osobnu i organizacijsku kulturu, kreativnost, organiziranost i razinu obrazovanja.
Abstract (english)
Communication processes within an organisation are quite complex as they require an active acontribution and participation of each employee (independently of their role and level of management structure. Organisations of the future will have to focus on establishing sound, stable and effective communication both in-house, in its operation and interpersonal relations, and with its environment. Business and official communications are written on different kinds of paper regardless of the way they are produced and the medium through which they are transferred. Writing skills are both a tool and a comparative advantage. They represent an important part of the business image of individuals and business systems alike. Good practice of business correspondence reflects personal and organisational culture, creativity, ability to self-organize and level of education.
