Abstract
Informacije namijenjene strateškim menadžerima osiguravaju strateško upravljačko računovodstvo. Strateško upravljačko računovodstvo ima veliku važnost u poslovnom odlučivanju. Zadatak mu je da obradi i predoči računovodstvene i druge informacije o troškovima i uspješnosti na način koji će pomoći menadžerima u donošenju strateških odluka u svrhu postizanja konkurentnosti. Likvidnost predstavlja sposobnost poduzeća da podmiri svoje dospjele obveze te je važan pokazatelj održivosti poslovanja. Za mjere likvidnosti prvenstveno su zainteresirani menadžeri tvrtke kako bi u svakom trenutku bili sigurni da će udovoljiti kratkoročnim obvezama. Pokazatelji likvidnosti računaju se temeljem pozicija kratkoročne imovine i kratkoročnih obveza. U ovom se radu prikazuju pokazatelji likvidnosti na temelju kotirajućih hrvatskih poduzeća iz područja prehrambene industrije, tekstilne industrije i industrije brodogradnje za razdoblje od 2014. do 2018., s posebnim naglaskom na važnost upravljanja likvidnošću s aspekta strateških odluka.
Abstract (english)
Information intended for strategic managers provides strategic management accounting. Strategic management accounting is of great importance in business decision making. It’s task is to process and image accounting and other information on cost and performance in a way that will help managers in making strategic decisions in order to achieve competitiveness. Liquidity is the ability of a company to meet its overdue liabilities and is an important indicator of business sustainability. The company’s managers are primarily interested in liquidity measures in order to be sure that they will meet short-term obligations at all times. Liquidity ratios are calculated based on the positions of short-term assets and short-term liabilities. This work presents liquidity indicators based on leading Croatian companies in the food, textile and shipbuilding industries for the period from 2014.-2018., with special emphasis on the importance of liquidity management from the aspect of strategic decisions.
