Abstract
Određena poduzeća iz Republike Hrvatske upućuju svoje radnike na rad u inozemstvo, a s druge strane tuzemni poslodavci upućuju svoje radnike na rad u Republiku Hrvatsku. Takvi radnici se nazivaju izaslani radnici, koji u određenom vremenskom razdoblju obavljaju poslove za svog poslodavca u nekoj drugoj državi. Kod svakog izaslanja radnika postoji razlika koja se zasniva na činjenici u koju je državu upućen, na koji način se plaćaju doprinosi i kako se koriste prava iz socijalnog osiguranja. Cilj ovog rada je prikazati uvjete, prava, načine isplaćivanja plaće, ali i dužnosti izaslanog radnika upućenog na rad u države Europske unije, treće zemlje, države s kojima je Hrvatska sklopila ugovor o socijalnom osiguranju i u Republiku Hrvatsku. Također, obratit će se pažnja na primjenjivanje poreznih propisa i ugovora o dvostrukom oporezivanju
Abstract (english)
Certain companies from the Republic of Croatia sent their workers to work abroad, and other domestic employers sent their workers to work in the Republic of Croatia. Such workers are called delegated workers, which perform chores for their employer in another country for a certain period of time. With every delegation, there is a difference based on the fact in which state is the worker sent, how contributions are paid and how social security rights are used. The aim of this work is to present the conditions, rights, methods of salary payments and duties of a delegated worker sent to work in EU countries, third countries, countries with whom Croatia has concluded a social insurance contract and in the Republic of Croatia. Also, we will pay close attention to the application of tax regulations and double taxation agreements.
