Abstract
Porezi koji su na raspolaganju jedinicama lokalne samouprave od ključne su važnosti da na svim razinama vlasti i upravljanja potaknu relevantne aktivnosti u zajednici. Upravo iz tog razloga u radu je analiziran porezni sustav Republike Hrvatske, sve njegov e bitne značajke, te ustroj lokalne vlasti i vrste poreza koje iste prikupljaju kao vlastite prihode. Isti sustav uspoređen je s poreznim sustavom i ustrojem lokalne vlasti Republike Slovenije. Iz rada su proizašli vrlo vrijedni zaključci te su uz korištenje metoda kao što je analiza, sinteza i kompilacija, uz pravilno citiranje, stvorene smjernice za daljnje istraživanje poreznog sustava, ustroja lokalne vlasti te smjerova njihova daljnjeg kretanja.
Abstract (english)
Taxes available to local self-government units are of key importance at all levels of government and governance to foster relevant community activities. For this reason, the paper analyzes the tax system of the Republic of Croatia, all its essential features, and the structure of local government and the type of tax collected as own revenues. The same system was compared with the tax system and the establishment of the local government of the Republic of Slovenia. From the paper, very valuable conclusions emerged, using methods such as analysis, synthesis and compilation, with proper citation, are created guidelines for further investigation of the tax system, local government structures and directions for their further development.
