Abstract
Elektroenergetski sustav je složen tehnički sustav čije su karakteristike proizvodnja električne energije, prijenos i distribucija iste. Električna energija potrošena u određenom trenutku treba se proizvesti u istom tom trenutku u elektranama jer se izmjenična električna energija ne može akumulirati. Generatori su uređaji odgovorni za proizvodnju električne energije, odnosno za pretvorbu mehaničke energije u električnu. U vođenju i regulaciji elektroenergetskog sustava važnu ulogu ima operator prijenosnog sustava. Operator pruža pomoćne usluge sustava, a najvažnije pomoćne usluge za sigurno vođenje elektroenergetskog sustava su: primarna, sekundarna i tercijarna regulacija. U ovom radu su opisane te razine regulacije u elektroenergetskom sustavu – opisane su funkcije pojedinih razina regulacije, njihov međusobni odnos, područja djelovanja te utjecaj i način rada operatora.
Abstract (english)
Electric power system is a complex technical system whose characteristics are generation, transmission and distribution of electricity. Electric energy consumed at a given moment should be produced at that same moment in the power plants because the alternating current cannot be accumulated. Generators are devices responsible for generating electricity, they convert mechanical energy into electricity. The transmission system operator has important role in the management and regulation of the electricity system. The operator specifies the ancillary services of the system, and the most important ancillary services for the safe operation of the power system are: primary, secondary and tertiary regulation. In this paper these levels of regulation in the power system are described - the functions of individual levels of regulation, their interrelation, areas of activity and the impact and mode of operation of the operator.
