Abstract
Trgovina ima svoj zadatak, a to je svojim posredovanjem u prometu organizira redovitu razmjenu između proizvodnje i potrošnje. Trgovina pomoću svojih aktivnosti treba osigurati ponudu robe u količinama i asortimanu koji tržište traži, u vrijeme kada se traži te po cijenama i ostalim uvjetima koje su kupci spremni prihvatiti. Djelatnost koja je u sklopu trgovačkog društva, obavlja računovodstvenu djelatnost naziva se računovodstvo gdje bilježe poslovni događaji vezani za financije poduzeća. Evidencija trgovačke robe može se vodit kroz nekoliko vrsta evidencija kao što je skladišna evidencija, u slučaju trgovine na veliko odnosno kod skladišta trgovine na malo, evidencija prodavaonica tj. knjiga popisa, analitička evidencija (robno knjigovodstvo) i financijsko knjigovodstvo. Kod evidencije trgovačke robe sve se više koriste suvremeni računovodstveni programi.
Abstract (english)
Trade has a task, and through its mediation in transport, it organizes a regular exchange between production and consumption. The trade, through its activities, should ensure the supply of goods in the quantities and the assortment that the market demands, at the time when it is demanded, and at prices and other conditions that buyers are prepared to accept. An activity within a company that performs an accounting activity is called accounting where it records business events related to the finances of the company. Merchandise records can be maintained through several types of records such as warehouse records, in the case of wholesale or retail warehouses, store records ie inventory books, analytical records (commodity accounting) and financial accounting. Merchandise records are increasingly used by modern accounting programs.
