Abstract
Ovaj rad obuhvaća razvoj i konstrukciju heliostata – uređaja za praćenje i refleksiju sunčeve svjetlosti. U radu su na temelju odabranog idejnog rješenja izvršeni proračuni i dimenzioniranje pužnog prijenosnika i vratila te je izvršen odabir i kontrola ležajeva kao i izbor ostalih standardnih elemenata potrebnih za ispunjavanje funkcije uređaja. Izrađena je elektroinstalacijska shema upravljačkog sklopa uređaja. Uređaj je konstruiran primjenom CAD programa Autodesk Inventor te su izrađeni radionička dokumentacija i sklopni nacrt. Izvršena je analiza naprezanja i pomaka pod udarom vjetra. Na kraju su izneseni zaključci i dan je popis korištene literature.
Abstract (english)
This final thesis includes the development and construction of device for solar tracking and reflection of sunlight. Based on the chosen conceptual solution dimensioning of worm gear and shafts were performed as well as selection and control of bearings. A selection of other standard elements required to fulfil the function of device was also made. An electrical installation scheme for proper control of device has been developed. Device was done with CAD programme Autodesk Inventor 2019. Technical documentations and conceptual drawing are made. Strain and displacement analysis under wind load has been performed. The conclusions of final thesis are presented and literature review is listed.
