Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada jest ˝Tajno društvo˝. Iako već dugo prisutno u internacionalnom gospodarstvu, u Hrvatskoj se pojam tajnog društva ne susreće svakodnevno u praksi poslovanja trgovačkih društava. Razlog je najčešće nedovoljna zakonska uređenost samog pojma. Predmet i cilj samog završnog rada jest objasniti djelovanje tajnog društva te pojam tajnog društva kao i neka njegova osnovna obilježja. Završni rad podijeljen je u devet poglavlja kroz čiji sadržaj se sustavno pristupilo pojašnjenju pojma tajnog društva u kontekstu hrvatskog gospodarstva.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final paper is˝Silent Partnership¨.Although it has been presented for long time in the international economy, in Croatia, the term of a silent partnership does not encounter every day in practice of companies. Usually the reason is insufficient legal regulation of the silent partnership.The object and purpose of the final paper is to explain the operation of asilent partnership, the term of a silent partnershipand some of its basic characteristics. The final paper is divided into nine chapters through which contents is systematically approached to explaining the term of asilent partnershipin the context of Croatian economy.
