Abstract
U završnom radu se obrađuje tema implikacije masovnog turizma. Masovni turizma se odnosi na prihvat velikog broja turista u kratkom vremenskom razdoblju. Kako se razvijala tehnologija tako je dolazilo i do pojave masovnog turizma što je omogućilo brzi transport velikog broja ljudi na mjesta od turističkog interesa. Destinacije koje su postale prepoznatljive po masovnom turizmu ubrzo su shvatile kako takav oblik turizma ima određene negativne strane no nikako se ne može reći da ima sve negativne učinke. U radu se iznose određeni negativni učinci prije svega na okolinu i na čovjeka. Masovni turizam je određeni suvremeni fenomen civilizacijskog društva koji je značajno odmaknut od prvobitnih entuzijastičnih promišljanja, a sve se više o masovnom turizmu promišlja s negativističkim predznakom. Kako bi se utvrdilo na koji način se masovni turizma razvija pomoću brojčanih pokazatelja prikazati će se njegova ekspanzija kako kod nas tako u drugim svjetskim turističkim destinacijama.
Abstract (english)
The final thesis discusses the implications of mass tourism. Mass tourism refers to the reception of a large number of tourists in a short period of time. As technology developed, so did the advent of mass tourism, which enabled the rapid transportation of large numbers of people to places of tourist interest. Destinations that have become recognizable by mass tourism soon realized that this form of tourism has certain downsides, but it cannot be said to have all the negative effects. The paper outlines certain negative effects primarily on the environment and on humans. Mass tourism is a certain contemporary phenomenon of civilizational society, which is significantly removed from the original enthusiastic thinking, and more and more about mass tourism is being considered with a negativistic sign. In order to determine how mass tourism develops with the help of numerical indicators, its expansion will be shown both here and in other world tourist destinations.
