Abstract
Internet je donio ogromne promjene u sferi poslovanja. Njegova najveća snaga leži u mogućnosti direktnog pristupa proizvodima i uslugama. E-trgovina je sastavni dio e-poslovanja te kao takva predstavlja kupovinu i prodaju roba, usluga te informacija putem Interneta. Internet je utjecao i na evoluciju kanala distribucije. Internetska tehnologija omogućuje izbjegavanje posrednika u razmjeni, a pojavljuju se i nove vrste posrednika između proizvođača i potrošača. Tvrtke mogu smanjiti troškove prodaje reduciranjem troškova poslovanja pošto nema potrebe za fizičkom maloprodajnom trgovinom i prodajnim posrednicima. E-trgovina pojednostavljuje cjelokupan proces distribucije kako za proizvođače tako i za potrošače.
Abstract (english)
The Internet has brought tremendous changes in the sphere of business. Its greatest strength lies in the ability to access products and services directly. E-commerce is an integral part of ecommerce and as such represents the purchase and sale of goods, services and information via the Internet. The Internet has also influenced the evolution of distribution channels. Internet technology avoids exchange intermediaries, and new types of intermediaries between producers and consumers. Companies can reduce sales costs by reducing operating costs since there is no need for a physical store and sales agents. E-commerce simplifies the entire distribution process for both manufacturers and consumers.
