Abstract
Obvezni doprinosi predstavljaju posebnu vrstu poreza koja se tereti na plaću zaposlenika. Doprinose dijelimo na doprinose iz osnovice, njih plaća zaposlenik, i na doprinose na osnovicu, njih plaća poslodavac. Doprinosi iz osnovice su obvezno mirovinsko osiguranje na temelju garancijske solidarnosti i obvezno mirovinsko osiguranje za starost na temelju individualne kapitalizirane štednje, a doprinos na osnovicu je obvezno zdravstveno osiguranje. Doprinosi su javna davanja državi, predstavljaju veliki dio prihoda Republike Hrvatske, te su od velike važnosti za financiranje države. Obrt je samostalno i trajno obavljanje dopuštenih gospodarskih djelatnosti od strane fizičke osobe, kojima je svrha postizanje dohotka ili dobiti koji se ostvaruje proizvodnjom, prometom ili pružanjem usluga.
Abstract (english)
Compulsory contributions represent a special type of tax which is charged on a salaried employee. Contribution to the offense to contributions from the base, they paid employee, and to contribute to the base, they are paid by the employer. The contributions from the basis of the mandatory pension insurance based on the guarantee of solidarity and mandatory pension insurance for old age based on individual capitalized savings and contribution to base the compulsory health insurance. Contributions are public benefits the country, represent a major part of the Croatian, and are of great importance for government funding. Trade is an independent and permanent pursuit of economic activities by natural persons, whose purpose is to achieve income or gain that is realized by the production, transport or provision of services.
