Abstract
U ovom završnom radu ukratko je opisan rešetkasti nosač, metodom čvorova i metodom presjeka izračunate su sile koje se pojavljuju u štapovima. Navedene su vrste mosnih dizalica i skicirana je konstrukcija viseće mosne dizalice na temelju koje su određene sile u štapovima za dva karakteristična položaja, određen je materijal, profili štapova te su isti dimenzionirani. Glavni dio rada baziran je na provjeri čvrstoće iz koje se može zaključiti da li prethodno dobivene dimenzije zadovoljavaju naprezanja koja se javljaju prilikom opterećenja konstrukcije. Korištena je FEM (Finite Element Method) analiza radi usporedbe s vrijednostima dobivenim analitičkom metodom. S obzirom na nosivost rešetkastog nosača viseće mosne dizalice odabrana je odgovarajuća kuka za koju je izvršena provjera čvrstoće.
Abstract (english)
In this thesis the truss is shortly described. The Reactions in the Support and the Forces that appear in the trusses are calculated with the Method of Joints and Method of Sections. Thesis describes what kinds of the bridge cranes exist. The construction of a overhead bridge crane is sketched, than based on that same construction we defined the forces in each member of the truss, the material, the profiles and after that we have designed the truss. The main thing in this thesis is based on the check of the strength, from which we can conclude does the dimensions satisfy the stresses that occur loading the construction. We have used the FEM (Finite Element Method) analysis for the comparation of the results that we got earlier using the analytical method. According the capacity of a overhead bridge crane we chose the appropriate hook for which we have checked the strenght.
