Abstract
Komunikacija je presudna ne samo u poslovnom svijetu, već i u svakodnevnom životu. Dobar komunikator je uvijek u prednosti nad onim koji i nije baš vičan izražavanju svojih misli, želja i namjera. Često u poslovnim organizacijama postoje zaposlenici koji posjeduju kompetencije i sposobnost za određeni posao, ali jednostavno nisu prepoznati zbog lošeg prezentiranja samih sebe. Poslovna komunikacija je komunikacija unutar i izvan organizacije. Ima svoje specifičnosti i pravila.Radni odnosi su vrlo bitni u čovjekovom životu. Prosječan čovjek,gledano kroz godine, radi pola svog života. Važno je imati posaokako bi se osigurala egzistencija sebi i obitelji, akose već ne može izgraditi uspješna karijera.
Abstract (english)
Communication is crucial not only in the business world but also in everyday life. A good communicator is always in the advantage of the one who is not very strong in expressing his thoughts, desires and intentions. Often in business organizations there are employees who possess competences and ability for a particular job but they are simply not recognized because of the poor presentation of themselves. Business communication is communication within and outside the organization. It has its own specifics and rules. Working relationships are very important in a man's life. The average man expressed in years has been doing half of his life. It is important to have a job to ensure the livelihoods of self and family if you do not build a career.
