Abstract
Logistika je sve prisutnija i potrebnija u poslovanju i svakodnevnom ţivotu. Ona poboljšava uvjete poslovanja, ali i pomaţe u postizanju konkurentske prednosti poduzeća. Osim standardne logistike u poduzeću, s vremenom su se razvijale i druge grane logistike, pa tako i logistika povrata. Zadatak logistike povrata je prihvatiti ambalaţu, neispravne proizvode i proizvode isteklog roka trajanja te ih vratiti kroz opskrbni lanac. Logistika povrata usmjerena je na postizanje ekonomskih i ekoloških koristi kako bi se smanjilo stvaranje otpada. U ovom radu će se objasniti pojam logistika povrata i sustavi logistike povrata te njihova praktiĉna primjena u poduzeću Medical Intertrade d.o.o..
Abstract (english)
Logistics is increasingly present and necessary in business and everyday life. It improves business conditions, but also helps in achieving the company's competitive advantage. In addition to standard logistics in the company, in time, other branches of logistics have been developed, including logistics of return. The main goal of logistics of return is to accept packaging, incorrect products, and products with an expiration date and bring them back through the supply chain. Logistics of return is aimed at achieving economic and environmental benefits to reduce waste generation. This work will explain the concept of return logistics and their practical use in the company Medical Intertrade d.o.o.
