Abstract
Komunikacija je proces razmjene informacija preko dogovorenog sistema znakova, najčešće putem jezika. Riječ komunikacija doslovno znači: podijeliti, općiti, učiniti nešto općim ili zajedničkim. Osnovni komunikacijski alat ljudskog izražavanja je jezik. Pomoću njega čovjek postavlja pitanja, traži odgovore, izražava svoje misli i osjećaje. Ako pogledamo u daleku prošlost možemo zaključiti da su ljudi od uvijek razmjenjivali poruke različite prirode pomoću dimnih signala, crtanjem na zidovima pećina, slaganjem kamenja ili školjki, lomljenjem grančica ili strijela. Ovakvi oblici komuniciranja najviše su se koristili za označavanje vlasništva. Kako se razvoj komunikacije odvijao, tako je s vremenom došlo i do nastanka pisarnica - službi za pisanje koje su umnožavale knjige prepisivanjem rukom, pa sve do tiskanja knjiga. Komunikacija je važna u svim područjima rada, bez nje ne bi mogli dogovoriti posao, pokrenuti djelatnost, zapravo bez nje danas ništa ne bi postojalo.
Abstract (english)
Communication is a process of exchanging information through an agreed upon character system, most commonly via language. The word communication literally means: to share, to communicate, to do something in common. The basic communication tool of human expression is language. With language, a person asks questions, seeks answers and expresses thoughts and feelings. If we look back in the distant past, we can conclude that people have always exchanged messages of different nature using smoke signals, drawing on cave walls, stacking stones or shells, breaking twigs or arrows. These forms of communication were mostly used to indicate ownership. As the development of communication unfolded, emerged writing services that reproduced books by handwriting until books were printed. Communication is important in all areas of work, without it we would not be able to arrange or start a business, in fact, without it, nothing would exist today.
