Abstract
Kvaliteta je postala odlučujući čimbenik u razvoju koncepcije poslovnih subjekata. Neprikladna kvaliteta proizvoda ili usluga poduzećima može ozbiljno uvjetovati konkurentnosti, te rezultirati značajnim gubitkom tržišnog udjela. Utvrđivanjem, praćenjem i analizom troškova kvalitete menadžment poslovnog subjekta može generirati potrebne informacije o kvaliteti proizvoda i usluga. Računovodstvena funkcija u tom kontekstu ima zadaću osigurati kvalitetan sustav praćenja i izvještavanja o troškovima kvalitete. Upravo zbog toga kako bi ostvarili prihode i održali profitabilnost iznimno je važno osigurati i održavati kvalitetu proizvoda.
Abstract (english)
Quality has become the decisive factor in developing the concept of business subjects. Improper quality of products or services can severely condition the competitiveness of the company and result with a major loss of the market share. Trough establishment, tracking and analysing quality costs the management of a business subject can generate information's about product and service quality. The accountant function in that context has a role in ensuring a proper system of tracking and reporting about quality costs. For this reason, in order to generate revenue and maintain profitability, it is extremely important to ensure and maintain product quality.
