Abstract
Nakon definicije, navođenja i opisivanja pojedine vrste kreditnog rejtinga, kroz ovaj rad opisana je uloga, značenje i aktivnosti kreditnih rejting agencija. Aktivnosti rejting agencija, m ijenjale su se kroz razvoj financijskog sustava kako bi danas zauzele značajno mjesto u razvijenim tržišnim sustavima.Agencije pri donošenju ocjene o kreditnom rejtingu imaju jedinstvene kriterije, tako da se donesenom ocjenom uklanjaju asimetrične informacije između izdavatelja i investitora. Kreditni rejting se donosi na temelju podataka o prihodima i gospodarskoj strukturi, monetarnoj i fiskalnoj fleksibilnosti, vanjskoj likvidnosti, političkim rizicima i drugim elementima, pa ne čudi činjenica da ocjena koja donosi rejting agencija ima veliki utjecaj na razvoj gospodarstva i drugih područja u državi.
Abstract (english)
After defining, listing and describing each type of credit rating, this paper describes the role, meaning and activities of credit rating agencies. The activities of rating agencies have changed through the development of the financial system to take a significant place in developed market systems today. Agencies have a unique set of criteia when making a credit rating, so asymmetric information is eliminated between the issuer and the investor. Credit rating is based on data on income and economic structure, monetary and fiscal flexibility, external liquidity, political risks and other elememts, so it is not surprising that the rating agency rating has a great impact on the development of the economy and other areas in the country.
