Today's web-development technology contributes to the company's business progress by transferring administrative tasks that have been paper-based and limited to only one location, to a virtual interface available on every device connected to the Internet. This thought was the guideline in developing an application for management of a car service, upgrading on my own desktop application that preceded it. The web application, called "Advers", makes it easier to keep track of completed work on vehicles, issuing and recording work orders, quickly searching for existing vehicles and clients, and statistics about each vehicle and customer. The data is stored properly in the database and eliminates the possibility of data loss that has been handwritten so far. The application code ensures that there are no duplicates in customer and vehicle listings, relying on their unique identifiers. The receiving time of customers and their vehicles is reduced several times, and customer satisfaction with the service has increased, knowing that the data on the works on their vehicle properly stored. Employees and administration of the company, as the only application users, have a more simplified insight into day-to-day operations.
