Abstract
U ovom radu će se pojasniti i definirati financijska sposobnost poduzeća kao i temeljni pojmovi potrebni za razumijevanje glavne sastavnice ovog rada, mjeru financijske sposobnosti omjera duga i EBITDA-e. S obzirom da je rad sastavljen sa aspekta strateškog menadžerskog računovodstva potrebno je također pojasniti koja je uloga strateškog menadžerskog računovodstva u analizi samog poslovanja poduzeća, koristeći se pritom različitim modelima i metodama. Pritom se pojašnjavaju koje su to tradicionalne a koje suvremene metode financijske analize kako bi menadžeri mogli što detaljnije preispitati i prepraviti nedostatke koje analizama dijagnosticiraju. Pažnja je posvećena omjeru duga i EBITDA-e kao primarnoj mjeri financijske sposobnosti koja se koristila za istraživanje financijske sposobnosti poduzeća u Republici Hrvatskoj. Istraživanje se temelji na podaci iz Finacijskih izvještaja potrebnih za izračun navedene mjere, a koji su objavljeni na službenim stranicama Zagrebačke burze.
Abstract (english)
This paper will clarify and define the financial capacity of the company as well as the basic concepts required to understand the main component of this paper, the measure of the financial capacity of the debt to EBITDA ratio. Considering that the work is composed from the aspect of strategic management accounting, it is also necessary to clarify the role of strategic management accounting in the analysis of the business operations of the company, using different models and methods. To do so, the paper will clarify what are the traditional and modern methods of financial analysis so that managers can re-evaluate and fix the shortcomings that are diagnosed with the analysis. In this paper, the greatest focus is on the mentioned debt to EBITDA ratio as the primary measure of the financial capacity that was also used to analyse the financial capacity of enterprises in the Republic of Croatia. The research is based on data from the Financial Statements required for the calculation of the said measure, which are published on the official website of the Zagreb Stock Exchange.
