Abstract
U ovome radu opisane su osnovne vrste lakih građevinskih dizalica, te je metodičkim odabirom odabrana najbolja i najekonomičnija varijanta građevinske dizalice. Na temelju odabrane varijante konstruirana je dizalica u CAD programu Autodesk Inventor Professional 3D i nakon toga su prikazani radionički crteži u 2D, te je izrađen sklopni nacrt koji se nalazi u prilogu završnog rada. U istom programu prikazan je kontrolni proračun opterećenja na cijelu konstrukciju koja se sastoji od vitla, nosača elektromotora, sajle, kuke itd... Dizalica upravljana daljinskim uređajem i ima mogućnost samokočnosti, kao i podizanja predmeta kukom do 500 kg. Duljina užeta je 5 m.
Abstract (english)
In this paper, the basic types of light construction cranes are described, we choose the best and most economical version of the construction crane. On the basis of the chosen variant, the crane was constructed in the CAD program AutoDesk Inventor Professional 3D, and then the workshop drawings in 2D were presented, and the circuit diagram was created, which are attached to the final work. In the same program, the control calculation of the load on the entire construction, which consists of the winch, electric motor support, cable, hook etc... The crane is intended to be controlled by a signal remote device and to have the possibility of self-braking as well as lifting objects with a hook of up to 500 kg, a cable length of 5 m is taken.
