Abstract
U ovom završnom radu predstavlja se poduzetnički projekt otvaranja sezonskog štanda namijenjenog proizvodnji i prodaji koktela posluženih u ananasu. Lokacija projekta planirana je na lukobranu u Kaštel Novom, a glavni cilj rada je procijeniti ekonomsku isplativost projekta, odnosno utvrditi opravdanost ulaganja u navedeni poduzetnički pothvat. Financijskaekonomska analiza koja je provedena u ovome radu, dokazala je da se povrat investiranih sredstava ostvaruje već u trećoj godini. Također je provedena i online anketa na 147 ispitanika, koja je potvrdila interes potrošača za isprobavanjem koktela posluženih u ananasu.
Abstract (english)
This final paper presents the entrepreneurial project of opening a seasonal stand intended for the production and sale of cocktails served in pineapples. The location of the project is planned on the breakwater in Kaštel Novi, and the main goal of the work is to assess the economic profitability of the project, i.e. to determine the justification of investment in the mentioned business venture. The financial and economic analysis that was carried out in this paper proved that the return of invested funds is achieved already in the third year. An online survey of 147 respondents was also conducted, which confirmed consumers' interest in trying cocktails served in pineapples.
