Abstract
Cilj završnog rada je analizirati dohodak od nesamostalnog rada sa osvrtom na neoporezive primitke. Dohodak od nesamostalnog rada je primitak koji poslodavac isplaćuje radniku za obavljeni rad u određenom mjesecu. Dohodak predstavlja osnovicu za izračunavanje poreza. Porez na dohodak se obračunava na izvore dohotka, a to su dohodak od nesamostalnog rada, dohodak od samostalne djelatnosti, dohodak od imovine i imovinskih prava, dohodak od kapitala i drugi dohodak. Iznos poreza je različit za svakog pojedinca jer ovisi o visini bruto plaće i broju uzdržavanih članova. Neoporezivi primici koji su određeni kolektivnim ugovorom, ugovorom o radu, pravilnikom o radu ili nekim drugim aktom su oni primici koji se ne smatraju plaćom, a poslodavac ih može isplatiti svom radniku. Poreznim propisima je propisano do koje visine i pod kojim uvjetima poslodavac može neoporezivo isplaćivati radnika na temelju ostvarenog radnog odnosa.
Abstract (english)
The aim of the final thesis is to analyze income from dependent work with a focus on non-taxable receipts. Income from dependent work is the payment an employer provides to an employee for work performed in a specific month. This income serves as the basis for calculating taxes. Income tax is calculated on various sources of income, including income from dependent work, income from independent activities, income from property and property rights, capital income, and other income. The amount of tax varies for each individual, depending on the gross salary and the number od dependents. Non-taxable receipts, which are determined by a collective labor agreement or another act, are those that are not considered wages and can be paid to the employee by the employer. Tax regulations specify the limits and conditions under which an employer can make non-taxable payments to employees based on the employment relationship.
