Abstract
Tema ovog rada su imovinska osiguranja, točnije imovinska osiguranja u sadašnjosti i u budućnosti. Osiguranja se dijele na životna i neživotna osiguranja. Imovinska osiguranja spadaju u skupinu neživotna osiguranja. Za razliku od životnog osiguranja koje je često usmjereno na dugoročnu financijsku sigurnost i nasljeđivanje, neživotna osiguranja obično nude pokriće za određeni period koji se obnavlja, te ona pružaju zaštitu od nepredviđenih događaja koji nisu povezani sa smrću, već sa materijalnim štetama, odgovornošću i slično. Cilj ovog rada je istražiti razne čimbenike koji djeluju na osiguranje imovine u sadašnjosti, te kako bi oni mogli utjecati na osiguranja u budućnosti.
Abstract (english)
The topic of this paper is property insurance, more precisely property insurance in the present and in the future. Insurance is divided into life and non-life insurance. Property insurance belongs to the group of non-life insurance. Unlike life insurance, which is often focused on long-term financial security and inheritance, nonlife insurance usually offers coverage for a specific period that is renewed, and they provide protection against unforeseen events that are not related to death, but to material damages, liability and others. The aim of this paper is to explore various factors that affect property insurance in the present, and how they could affect insurance in the future.
