Abstract
Financijska analiza je proces u kojem se temelji na teorijskom okviru financijskih izvještaja, metodama vertikalne i horizontalne analize te primjeni ključnih financijskih pokazatelja. Financijska analiza se provodi kako bi se procijenilo financijska stabilnost poduzeća, omogućilo donošenje poslovnih odluka i procijenili rizici. Pomaže u razumijevanju likvidnosti, solventnosti, profitabilnosti i učinkovitosti kompanije putem analize financijskih izvještaja, kao što su bilanca, račun dobiti i gubitka te izvještaj o novčanom toku. Menadžment koristi financijsku analizu kako bi donio informirane odluke o ulaganjima, financiranju, upravljanju troškovima i operativnim aktivnostima. Također, analiza pomaže u identificiranju potencijalnih financijskih problema, što omogućava bolje upravljanje rizicima i planiranje budućnosti poduzeća. Kroz rad je prikazana detaljna financijska analiza poduzeća Brodomerkur d.d. kroz razdoblje od 2021. do 2023. godine.
Abstract (english)
Financial analysis is a process based on the theoretical framework of financial statements, methods of vertical and horizontal analysis, and the application of key financial indicators. Financial analysis is conducted to assess the financial stability of a company, facilitate business decision-making, and evaluate risks. It helps in understanding the liquidity, solvency, profitability, and efficiency of a company through the analysis of financial statements such as the balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. Management uses financial analysis to make informed decisions about investments, financing, cost management, and operational activities. Additionally, the analysis helps in identifying potential financial problems, enabling better risk management and future planning for the company. The paper presents a detailed financial analysis of Brodomerkur d.d. for the period from 2021 to 2023.
