Abstract
U svakom poduzeću najvažniji faktor su ljudi i način na koji se njima upravlja. Menadžment ljudskih potencijala, koji je usmjeren na upravljanje ljudskim resursima, ima ključnu ulogu u rješavanju problema. Danas, mnoga poduzeća koriste različite aktivnosti i programe za upravljanje ljudskim potencijalima kako bi održala konkurentnost i ostvarila strateške ciljeve. Valamar d.d. ističe se svojom izvrsnošću, stalnim ulaganjima u objekte i usluge te kontinuiranim razvojem kadrova. Valamar d.d. je sinonim za kvalitetu i pouzdanost u turizmu kao i izvan okvira turističkog poslovanja. Posebno se ističe politika upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima koju Valamar d.d. uspješno provodi već godinama. Rezultati uspješnog upravljanja ljudskim potencijalima kontinuirano se pozitivno odražavaju na rezultate koji se svake godine poboljšavaju.
Abstract (english)
In every company, the most important factors are people and the way they are managed. Human resources management, which focuses on human resources management, plays a key role in solving problems. Today, many companies use various human resource management activities and programs to maintain competitiveness and achieve strategic goals. Valamar d.d. stands out for its excellence, constant investments in facilities and services, and continuous staff development. Valamar d.d. is a synonym in tourism for quality and reliability, even outside the scope of tourism business. The human resources management policy of Valamar d.d. is particularly noteworthy. has been successfully implemented for years. The results of successful human resources management are continuously positively reflected in results that improve every year.
