The paper describes the process of creating an internet application for apartment reservations. It makes the booking process easier for guests, while providing property owners with a booking management tool. The application was developed using Java in the IntelliJ IDE, using the Spring Boot framework along with modern technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap and PostgreSQL. It is possible to manage user profiles and reservations, and guests can view available apartments and make reservations through a page that offers three different payment options and, in emergency cases, cancellation of the reservation. Property owners have an administrative dashboard that allows control over reservations, availability, and apartment prices. Additionally, functionality is available for adding or editing apartment details and images, as well as cancelling reservations. Back-end processing is handled securely and efficiently using Java, and PostgreSQL is responsible for data storage, including user data and transaction logs. Stripe integration enables flexible and secure payment processing, adapting to different payment methods chosen by guests.
