Abstract
U završnom radu prikazan je pojednostavljeni postupak proračuna rashladnog kapaciteta laboratorijske rashladne komore, odabir osnovnih elemenata rashladnog sustava, te je izvršeno mjerenje radnih parametra postojeće laboratorijske rashladne komore. U uvodnom dijelu rada opisana su načela rada rashladnih sustava, s posebnim naglaskom na princip rada i dijelove osnovnog parno-kompresijskog rashladnog ciklusa. Na osnovu proračuna potrebnog rashladnog učinka odabrani su osnovni elementi rashladnog sustava, te je izvršena simulacija rada rashladnog ciklusa. Tijekom rada rashladne komore očitani su radni parametri rashladnog ciklusa pri postignutoj temperaturi unutar komore od -20°C. Konačno, izvršena je usporedba izmjerenih radnih parametara s vrijednostima radnih parametara dobivenih iz simulacije rada rashladnog ciklusa.
Abstract (english)
In the final paper, a simplified procedure for calculating the cooling capacity of the laboratory cooling chamber, the selection of the basic elements of the cooling system, and the measurement of the operating parameters of the existing laboratory cooling chamber were presented. In the introductory part of the paper, the principles of operation of refrigeration systems are described, with special emphasis on the principle of operation and parts of the basic vapour-compression refrigeration cycle. Based on the calculation of the required cooling effect, the basic elements of the cooling system were selected, and a simulation of the operation of the cooling cycle was performed. During the operation of the cooling chamber, the operating parameters of the cooling cycle were read at a temperature of -20°C inside the chamber. Finally, a comparison was made of the measured operating parameters with the values of the operating parameters obtained from the simulation of the operation of the cooling cycle.
