Abstract
Menadžment je proces rada s drugima i pomoću drugih na ostvarenju određenih ciljeva na što efikasniji način. Menadžeri u poduzeću izvršavaju funkcije planiranja, organiziranja, kadroviranja, vođenja i kontroliranja. Poduzeća koja danas posluju nalaze se na vrlo dinamičnom i neizvjesnom tržištu. Zbog toga se sada, više nego ikada, zahtijevaju od menadžera osnovne i posebne menadžerske vještine. Posebne vještine proizlaze iz funkcija koje menadžer obavlja, a osnovne menadžerske vještine uključuju osobne vještine, interpersonalne vještine, komunikacijske i grupne vještine. Ako uz potrebne vještine menadžer ima ambiciju, karizmu i viziju njegov uspjeh će biti još i veći.
Abstract (english)
Management is the process of working with others and colaborating with others to achive certain goals in the most efficient way. Company managers perform the functions of planning, organizing, staffing, managing and controlling. Businesses that are operating today are in a very dynamic and special managerial skills. Special skills derive from the functions that the manager performs, and basic managerial skills include personal skills, interpersonal skills, communication and group skills. If the manager not only has skills, but the ambition, charisma and vision his success will be even greater.
